There is no truth to allegations that congressmen were promised financial assistance by the House Speaker in exchange for their signatures on the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte, Cagayan de Oro City 1st district Rep. Lordan Suan said on Thursday, Feb. 6.
