Weekend wintry weather expected from the Midwest to the Northeast

The latest February storm will dump snow across the Upper Midwest and New England.

00:00Now let's go ahead and talk about the winter weather threat that we're going to be tracking as we head throughout the weekend.

00:05We will unfortunately see another chance of freezing rain and ice here across the region,

00:09so we will see dangerous driving conditions across the region and also the risk of power outages

00:15because of ice accumulation on tree branches and power lines, so we will be watching this.

00:20But also, take a look at this.

00:24This is going to be a pretty prolific snow producer here as we head throughout the weekend.

00:28You can see this darkest shade of blue right here across the northeast in New England.

00:32That's where we're going to see over a foot of total snowfall possible.
