00:06If you want to stay motivated constantly, stop watching those videos.

00:12Think of it logically.

00:13If the motivation video actually did work, then it would have very few views

00:19because the fellow would watch it and never need to watch it again.

00:22Your friend is sick. He needs to be taken to the hospital.

00:25And you see that he is sick.

00:27Now do you need to be motivated by an external party to take him to the hospital?

00:32The friend is dying and you are sitting and saying, you know, I am not feeling motivated.

00:36So let me google and find some video to motivate me.

00:40Understand why something is important.

00:42Once you understand why it is important, no motivation needed.
