01:39The Okta Research Group's Guido David supports the measure, acknowledging Comelec's concern
01:44over fake surveys and disinformation
01:47However, David says he is concerned that the rule may be used to control information released
01:52to the public
01:53Malacanang says President Marcos has approved postponing the parliamentary election in the

06:14Local outlet Infobase says the court dismisses charges against businessman Rogelio Nores,
06:19a friend of Payne who was said to have acted as his manager, and two hotel employees where

06:25The court also maintains the pre-trial detention of an employee from the same hotel and a waiter
06:30from a local restaurant
06:32The two have been held since the start of last month, and both are accused of supplying
06:36cocaine to the late singer during his stay in Buenos Aires
06:40The two will face up to 15 years in prison if convicted
06:44Payne died after falling from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony in October
