Liverpool: What do you think about train services?

The worst rail stations for cancellations have been announced. What has been your recent experiences with train services?

00:00It's a bit of a lottery sometimes, when you think, oh well I need to be somewhere,

00:05especially if you've got a deadline, whether you should take the train or not, because

00:08it can say, looking on the app, it's due in 10 minutes, and then a minute before it's

00:14delayed or cancelled altogether.

00:17It's mainly when I go across country or sometimes, and you can't get a train, and you've got

00:21to wait for the next one, and it's a bit of a, it's a bit of a pain.

00:25Also the rigorous testing they went through, and the weather's got a bit better now, so

00:29hopefully things like frost leaves the usual suspects, because in delays it won't happen

00:37so much.

00:38I think it's probably a scandal, yeah, so, yeah, it's awful what they've done with the

00:48trains I think.

00:49To me, they're just extorting you all the time, and they're stopping you doing things,

00:56or affording things, that you want to do.
