Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was taken into custody by the International Criminal Court on Wednesday (March 12) following his arrest in Manila on murder charges linked to his "war on drugs."
Before landing in the Netherlands, Duterte addressed his supporters in a video message released on social media.
