Ex-Texas Mayor on hurricanes

This ex-Texas mayor has lived through his share of hurricanes. He says Harvey is the worst he's seen.

00:30This one was worse than that. It was absolutely mind-boggling. The winds were horrific,

00:45windows were shaking, the flyboard was shaking. We would hear these loud cracks, and it was

00:52it was five and six foot diameter oak trees breaking. It was really, it was really horrific.
