00:12In a statement issued on Saturday, DBKL said a police report had been lodged by the enforcement

00:18personnel involved in the altercation.

00:21The incident occurred during a patrol along Jalan Twangku Abdul Rahman, where traders

00:26were conducting business along a pedestrian walkway.

00:30DBKL said its personnel will warn the traders before any action is taken, and in this case,

00:37other traders moved away from the area except the balloon trader, which led to a physical

00:42scuffle although he was warned twice to move away.

00:45The situation became tense when several other traders intervened.

00:49No injuries were reported.

00:52DBKL said strict action will be taken against anyone who runs businesses without legal license

00:58and disrupts public order to ensure the regulations are adhered to.
