00:20Oh my gosh! Well, speaking of been a while,

00:22I mean, tell us a bit about what's going on.

00:24I mean, you've had such a year. You had Make You Mine

00:26rising on the charts at Billboard.

00:28I mean, what is it like when a song like that,

00:30that's kind of an outlier, wasn't on the album,

00:32gets the recognition like that?

00:34It's amazing!

00:36I mean, I feel like it's kind of...

00:38I'm trying to channel what happened

00:40into my album. I'm currently in the studio

00:42every single day making, because

00:44honestly, my two biggest songs are the songs

00:46that I didn't make with the pressure

00:48of an album. Reckless and Make You Mine

00:50were both made outside of an album cycle.

00:52It was just something that I made for fun, for myself,

00:54to be honest, so I think that

00:56that shows me that

00:58maybe, like, not having

01:00a lot of pressure on me is when I write my best stuff.

01:02Yes. Letting it flow.

01:04Right, and you recently shared some photos

01:06on social media of you in the studio.

01:08So, tell me, do we have

01:10any new music coming up? Please.

01:12I don't know when, but yes.

01:14It will come out at some point in time.

01:16I just don't know when. Your earrings are so cute.

01:20Yes, they do. These are Pandemonium earrings.

01:22Those are really, really beautiful. Thank you so much for that.

01:28This is the only type of event that you have

01:30this type of energy, where everybody is just so

01:32loving. The women everywhere, it's just

01:34so special. And you

01:36always get shout-out from all the women.

01:38I mean, Lana Del Rey at one of

01:40our Women in Music said

01:42that she was a huge fan of yours.

01:44I know, insane. I mean, who do you love

01:46to be? I always forget that was at this event. It was here!

01:48Crazy. To me, actually, which is crazy.

01:50But it's so cool to see that.

01:52Who are the women that inspire you as you're

01:54making your album right now? Oh, goodness.

01:56I mean, so many musicians

01:58and artists I can name, obviously.

02:02A lot of the songwriters I've been working

02:04with, to be honest. I think that people don't

02:06talk about the people that are behind the scenes

02:08as much. I think there are so many incredible

02:10songwriters and female producers in this industry

02:12that really deserve highlight. My mom is

02:14here with me tonight. She inspires me so much

02:16just in my life and in my career.

02:18There's so many artists, but I think that

02:20I'm really feeling inspired currently by my family

02:22and a lot of the songwriters that I work with.

02:24Yes, of course, and we have

02:26to give props to everyone behind the scenes

02:28and just, like we always say, uplift

02:30each other. As women, we gotta uplift

02:32each other. Yes, 100%.
