00:07You've been a remarkable friend of the State of Israel.

00:11You stand by us. You're standing with us.

00:14You are a great, great champion of our lives.

00:18And you actually do the things that you say you do.

00:23And I think that people respect that enormously.

00:26I certainly do, and the people of Israel do, and I think the Jewish people.

00:30Do as well. We just saw your representative in the Department of Justice fighting anti-Semitism,

00:37standing up for Israel in international forms.

00:40I just want you to know from the heart, it's deeply, deeply appreciated.

00:44As you said, we had the opportunity to talk today about many subjects.

00:49First, if I can mention tariffs, it's a subject of some interest today.

00:54I can tell you that I said to the President a very simple thing.

00:58we will eliminate the trade deficit with the United States.

01:03We intend to do it very quickly.

01:05We think it's the right thing to do.

01:07And we're going to also eliminate trade barriers, a variety of trade barriers that have been put up unnecessarily.

01:14And I think Israel can serve as a model for many countries who ought to do the same.

01:20And I recognize the position of the United States that says, you know, we're allowing other countries to put tariffs on us,

01:29but we don't put tariffs on them.

01:31And, you know, I'm a free trade champion, and free trade has to be fair trade.

01:35And I think that's basically the position that you've put forward, Mr. President.

01:40And we are going to eliminate the tariffs, and rapidly.

01:45I had the opportunity to speak to Secretary Lutnik yesterday.

01:49We talked about how we could affect this quickly, and I hope to bring the solution very quickly.

01:55We're not talking about intentions.

01:57We're not talking about, you know, just words.

02:00We're talking about results.

02:02And those results are going to come back.
