00:04accusing German ambassador of engaging in subversive activities and supporting anti-government groups.

00:10The Uganda People's Defense Forces made the announcement following intelligence reports,

00:18The UPDF claims the ambassador was involved with so-called negative and traitorous elements within Uganda,

00:25allegations that stem from a private meeting with President Museveni's brother.
