00:00Let's make it tipsy.
00:01Quite possibly one of the best easy dinners
00:03I've made in a long time, tipsy chicken.
00:05Start by seasoning some chicken breast
00:07and then mixing up a little liquid gold.
00:09That's a combination of chicken broth, soy sauce,
00:11ketchup, ground ginger, and of course bourbon.
00:13Next, heat up your skillet and brown your chicken.
00:15You're only partially cooking here
00:16and then you'll finish cooking it later.
00:18To the drippings, melt some butter
00:19and add in some garlic and green onions.
00:21Let that come together and then you gotta trust the process.
00:24You're gonna add in a little crushed red pepper
00:25and uncooked linguine pasta.
00:27Coat that in the butter mixture
00:29and then add in the butter mixture.
00:31Scrape up all the flavor from the bottom
00:33and let that cook for about 15 minutes or so.
00:35If you find that you're losing too much liquid
00:36before the pasta's cooked,
00:38just add some more water or broth.
00:39Finish it with some fresh green onions and serve it up.
00:41I mean, you can tell the flavor just by looking at it.
00:44That will make you dance.
00:46Mm, there is so much flavor.
00:48The alcohol cooks out,
00:49but it adds such like a depth of goodness to this dish.
