01:53Does the Prime Minister now accept that when he said that it was the law that trans women were women, he was wrong?

01:59Mr Speaker, let me be clear. I welcome the Supreme Court ruling on this issue.

02:05It brings clarity, and it will give confidence to women and, of course, to service providers.

02:12I recognise that people are still feeling the pressure of the cost-of-living crisis,

02:17and that is why we want to ensure that, as we go forward, more pensioners are eligible for winter fuel payments.

02:24As you would expect, Mr Speaker, we will only make decisions we can afford.

02:30That is why we will look at that as part of a fiscal event.

02:33We are asking for a full national inquiry. Andy Burnham wants a national inquiry.

02:38He's not conservative, he's Labour. Harriet Harman wants one. The member for Rotherham wants one.

02:43All of the victims I have met want a full national inquiry.

02:46So in the Crime and Policing Bill, we are introducing the long overdue mandatory reporting duty,

02:52which I called for more than 10 years ago, as well as aggravated offences for grooming offenders

02:58so their sentences match the severity of their crimes.

03:02We just signed it, and it's done. And so we have our trade agreement with the European Union,

03:09and it's a fair deal for both. It's going to produce a lot of jobs, a lot of income.

03:21It's about the black hole. They left a £22 billion black hole in our economy, and we're clearing it up.
