00:11sa northeastern portion ng Ilocos Norte, northern portion ng Apayaw,

00:16at northwestern portion ng mainland Cagayan.

00:19Signal number 2 naman sa natitirang bahagi ng Ilocos Norte,

00:22northern portion ng Ilocos Sur, rest of Apayaw, northern portion ng Abra,

00:27buong Batanes, at northern at western portion ng mainland Cagayan.

00:31Isinailalim sa wind signal number 1 ang nalalabing bahagi ng Ilocos Sur,

00:36northern portion ng La Union, natitirang bahagi ng Abra,

00:39northern portion ng Benguet, buong Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao,

00:44nalalabing bahagi ng mainland Cagayan, at northern portion ng Isabela.

00:49Namataan po ang Bagyong Emong sa bandang Kalanasan, Apayaw.

00:52Taglay nito ang lakas ng hangin na abot sa 95 kilometers per hour.

00:57Mamayang hapon o gabi, posibleng makarating ang bagyo sa Batanes at Babuyan Islands area.

01:02Umaga bukas, sinasang lalabas na ng PAR ang Bagyong Emong.
