Transcript
00:00G'day guys, Jack Ganane here, Nutri in South Gippsland Livestock, just commenting on the
00:04store sale at Leangatha today. There was roughly 26 or 700 cattle here sold at VLE Leangatha
00:11with a very, very strong sale with a lot of local competition coming back into the market.
00:16A fair whack of lighter steers today and sold exceptionally well. Saw $6 in a few places
00:22for those lighter steers and up very close to $6 for some of the top end of those heavier
00:27calves close to 400 kilos. So yeah, the job's certainly on the rise. The local competition
00:32certainly back in the ring here. Feedlot is very strong as well. Yeah, certainly a deer
00:38in market across the board. And yeah, another 2,500 cattle found in good homes.
