01:11And the driver takes off.

01:16A second patrol car joins in the pursuit.
01:18They're now attempting to box him in.

01:44And he gets away.

04:06They move in and quickly surround the vehicle.
04:11The driver's resisting.
04:13But with the help of nearly half a dozen deputies, they're able to remove him from the vehicle.
04:27And now it's just a matter of getting him up out of the grass and into a waiting patrol car.
04:30So 29-year-old John Jacob Sagal was charged with reckless endangerment, evading in a motor vehicle,
04:45resisting arrest, and reckless driving, of course.
