00:00hey welcome back back back back back back back what's up everybody welcome back to another video
00:07on juice and toyam hey welcome back today we'll be taking you through a 30 minute body weight
00:12strength workout this is going to be a great workout for someone who's looking to build some
00:17strength build some muscle and like i mentioned it's body weight so you're not going to need any
00:21equipment no equipment at all for the workout format we're going to take you through 10 different
00:25exercises but we'll do two different variations of those exercises for a total of 20 within two sets
00:32we want 60 seconds of work we're going to break down that 60 seconds into three sections the first
00:3720 seconds will be work the middle 20 seconds will be an isometric hold and then the last 20 seconds
00:43will be work again in between exercises will give you a 20 second break and then in between those
00:48two groups of 10 will give you a long 60 second break all right so really challenge yourself with
00:53each exercise especially those isometric holds oh yeah and if you need some modifications throughout
