01:30Can I help you?
01:31Well, looks like you boys had some trouble.
01:36Yeah, we had some trouble.
01:38Bad trouble.
01:39What you want?
01:41Oh, I was supposed to meet some business partners here.
01:43They arranged a meeting, I believe.
01:46Fellow with a scar and a Mexican?
01:48Yes, sir.
01:50Out by the stables, I think.
01:54And, uh, sorry for your troubles, friend.
01:57Mm-hmm.
02:01Look, we're good men, like you.
02:19You don't know me.
02:21You turn up in town, you're helping everybody.
02:25And there's troubles everywhere.
02:28Bandits attacked my fields.
02:31Men getting killed.
02:33Just who are you?
02:35That awful business was nothing to do with us.
02:38I like...
02:39I like smoking tobacco, not recklessly burning it.
02:43Like I said...
02:44You had a run of bad luck in the West?
02:48Lost money and some failed railway speculation?
02:52And have you met my partner, Arthur Morgan?
02:55No.
02:56I met your son, the sheriff.
02:59Okay.
03:00Mr. Gray here was saying how he had problems with a family.
03:04A family of degenerates.
03:06Oh, well, nobody likes degenerates.
03:08Hag and her inbred sons.
03:10They ruined this county.
03:12They killed my uncle, you know.
03:14That ain't right.
03:15Problem is, we can't be seen to get too close.
03:19And?
03:22We've got gold, Yankee.
03:25We've got gold.
03:26I ain't no Yankee, friend.
03:28I ain't nothing.
03:30My daddy came over on the boat from Scotland.
03:32I'm Scottish.
03:33And the Braithwaite's?
03:35Goddamn peasants.
03:38I don't know.
03:39Mongrels.
03:42Slave fuckers.
03:44All you gotta do is look at them.
03:45How much gold?
03:47Enough.
03:48These are prized horses I'm talking about.
03:51Them, they'll get you...
03:53Five thousand.
03:54Five thousand.
03:56For horses.
03:57Easy.
03:58Where do we sell them, these five thousand dollar horses?
04:01Over in Clemens Cove.
04:04If all over there, we'll run them out of state and give you 50 cents on the dollar.
04:09Mister, you got yourself a deal.
04:13Just keep us away from this.
04:15Publicly, I mean.
04:16My sense is we keep all horse rustling away from the public.
04:25Go to the stables on the south side of the manor.
04:29That's where they keep the thoroughbreds.
04:36Pass on you.
04:37Go on.
04:37In front of you.
04:53Yep.
04:53Crazy old fool.
04:59If he only knew we just torched his tobacco crop.
05:04That was you?
05:05The old man was cursing the Braithwaite's about that.
05:08Burning rich folks' property?
05:11Sean was like a pig in shit.
05:13I'm sure.
05:14Five thousand for horses.
05:18They must be rich.
05:20Yeah.
05:21He doesn't know what he's talking about.
05:24But, forget even a third of that.
05:27It'll be worth it.
05:31So how are we gonna play this?
05:33Place is well guarded.
05:35So there ain't no point in blasting in there.
05:38We'll make them think we're there looking to purchase.
05:42Three armed men?
05:43You'd be armed if you were about to spend five thousand on horses.
05:48We should go in the back way, though.
05:50Avoid too many questions.
06:11Careful.
06:12There's your guard.
06:14I'll speak to him, okay?
06:16All right, then.
06:18Can I help you gentlemen?
06:20Dad, we're here to see about some horses.
06:22Horses?
06:23Yeah, we had an appointment with Mr. Braithwaite, I believe.
06:28Yeah, I never heard about any of this.
06:30My partner wanted to make a significant investment in some stables down here.
06:35But, perhaps we should look elsewhere.
06:39Well, I...
06:41Okay, then.
06:42But head on up to the stables.
06:47Someone will come see you.
06:53Easy.
06:54That's it.
07:19Nice and easy.
07:21No need to rush.
07:23Don't want to draw any unnecessary attention.
07:26All right.
07:37I think that's the stables just up ahead.
07:40It's down.
07:41Play cool.
07:42Head around the front.

24:38What are you after?
24:40Uh, you see this purple flower here?
24:46This is sage.
24:47But I'll need to experiment with more of it before I can be sure of its effects.
24:52I found this one with his friends in the woods.
24:57I'd check wooded areas for more.
24:59Let's try this.
25:06Hmm.
25:07Oh, yes.
25:08I feel ready to take on the world.
25:18I'll have trouble sleeping tonight.
25:20A man could go for days on this.
25:22You've had some long ones, I'm sure.
25:25Some sage may just be what you need.
25:29You have earned something for all your health?
25:32Distonic.
25:33This special elixir will set you right, no matter you're wrong.
25:41It's all the power the natural world can offer.
25:44Now, if you don't mind, I'll be getting back to my studies.
25:47I look forward to our next meeting, traveler.

26:13Arthur!
26:14You all right there?
26:15Hi, uncle.
26:20Hi, Uncle.
26:50No, I know it.
27:05Hello.
27:20I hear you've been drinking and taking morphine again, Reverend.
27:28Doesn't say much for your soul.
27:31Then I hear you've been making all kinds of new friends again, Mr. Bell, with your overpowering charms.
27:41There ain't no soul, Reverend.
27:44Not in any of us.
27:46It's a fairy story.
27:48Perhaps.
27:50What do you believe?
27:52I believe there's winners and losers and nothing else besides.
27:57Which one do you think you are?
28:00Compared to you, I'm the greatest man that ever lived.
28:07Whatever creature you worship, Mr. Bell, pray to it for humility. Good day.
28:13Good day.
28:20Hey, Sean.
28:21Hey, what's up, big man?
28:23How much?
28:25What are you doing?
28:26Nothing. Nothing at all.
28:27I brought... Oh, hello, Arthur.
28:29And what's she doing?
28:31She's doing nothing, too.
28:32What exactly are you planning?
28:33What exactly are you planning?
28:35Just a little little robbery, Arthur.
28:37Nothing less serious fella like yourself needs to worry about.
28:39And you need to get Mary Beth killed as well as yourself?
28:42Away with yourself, Arthur Morgan.
28:44We'll be getting rich.
28:45Not killed.
28:47Besides, Arthur, I'm so bored.
28:49I'd rather be shot.
28:51If you insist.
28:53I'm in.
28:54We don't want you in.
28:55We got this ourselves.
28:56I've seen you fight, little fella.
28:58You can kill any one of us.
29:00But I ain't letting you take her out robbing.
29:02Not without an extra gun.
29:04But she'll be acting.
29:05Not fighting.
29:06Sounds good.
29:07Come on, then.
29:08Let's go rob this...
29:09What are we robbing?
29:11A stagecoach.
29:12Some fella told me about.
29:13Wonderful.
29:14Come on.
29:15You can tell me more on the ride.
29:16Where are we heading?
29:17Back up north.
29:18It's coming down from Valentine.
29:19I know a great spot to set up an ambush.
29:21Just don't start acting like you're the lead on this, like you always do.
29:25Wouldn't dream of it.
29:39All right, follow me.
29:48Here.
29:56So, Mary Beth.
29:58Like I said, you'll be at the side of the road to flag them down.
30:02Give them some sob story.
30:04Yes, of course.
30:05Easy enough.
30:06We'll be hiding up above.
30:08Once they're unaware, I'll put in a few shots, let them know we mean business.
30:13Then move in fast and hold them up.
30:15Arthur, I guess you can watch and give us marks out of ten.
30:19Right now, you're at a one.
30:21Jesus.
30:22Can't believe you have to tag along on this just to keep an eye on the girl.
30:27Remember the crap you gave me for turning up at that train job with Marston and Charles?
30:32I'm keeping an eye on you, not her.
30:35I know she's solid.
30:38All right.
30:39Very funny.
30:40Hey, she's probably robbed more folk than both of us put together.
30:44I wouldn't go quite that far.
30:46Mary Beth can pick a pocket faster than you can play, believe me.
30:51Let's cut up here.
30:53It'll be quicker.
30:54First time we laid eyes on her, she was being chased by three real angry looking fellas.
31:01And we thought, oh, that poor young girl getting picked on like that.
31:06But she had a bag full of wallets and gold watches.
31:10Happy memories, I'm sure.
31:13So will you two write about that in your journals?
31:16Can we get back to the matter at hand here?
31:18My job that I've brought you both in on.
31:22All right.
31:23Just over this ridge, there's a spot that should give us a good view of the road.
31:27Let's leave the horses here so they're out of sight.
31:30I want a rifle with a scope.
31:32If you got one, we'll be back a bit from the road.
31:35Such a privilege to be instructed by the master himself.
31:40This way.
31:41See the road down there, Mary Beth?
31:43She ain't bland.
31:44Come on, you two.
31:46This is gonna be fun.
31:59All right, Arthur.
32:00Me and you will take cover behind that log over there.
32:03Okay.
32:04You're the boss.
32:16She'll be coming from the north any minute.
32:25You're up, Mary Beth.
32:27Well, all right then.
32:29You know what you're doing, right?
32:30Of course she knows what she's doing.
32:32As soon as the shooting starts, get low and get the hell out of there, okay?
32:36Of course.
32:44Here it comes.
32:45I put in a couple of shots to spook them like.
32:48And then, we'll move in.
32:49Are you sure about that?
32:51Your legs ain't what they used to be, old fella.
32:54If you say so.
33:05Hey!
33:06Hey!
33:07Stop, please!
33:09Hey!
33:10You don't have to go down here, Green!
33:11What are you doing?
33:12Hey!
33:13What's up?
33:14Hey!
33:15What's up?
33:16Hey!
33:17Hey!
33:18Hey!
33:19Hey!

33:32Hey!
33:33Hey!
33:34Hey!
33:35Hey!
33:36I seem to have got myself all spun around out here.
33:40My horse ran off, and, well, I don't know where I am.
33:44You must think I'm such a feather brain.
33:47What's your name, sir?
33:49Lawrence.
33:50Oh, Lawrence.
33:53Would you gentlemen possibly give me a ride to the nearest town?
33:57It's the banking stage, miss.
33:59We can't be picking up passengers.
34:01Come on, Harry.
34:03Nice young girl like that.
34:06And I'm sure we can make an exception.
34:09What are you doing?
34:11I thought you were just gonna threaten him.
34:16They seem to threaten me.
34:32What's going on?
34:34Got your little lady friend here?
34:52Any regrets?
34:53So, we're killing them all, then?
35:23What, you really think they were just gonna give it up?
35:26Anyway, we can talk about this later.
35:28I'm gonna bust in and grab the money.
35:30No, you leave that to me.
35:32Fine, fine.
35:34I lighten the pockets of our dearly departed friends here.
