00:00What does a busy man's life look like after get off work? Well, here's a little glimpse into mine.

00:05It's a bit of a whirlwind. I usually get off work around 5, 5.30pm, and by the time I get home,

00:10it's like a mad dash to get everything done. I have to change my clothes, grab a quick bite to

00:14eat, and then I'm out the door again. Usually heading to the gym. I try to work out 5 days a

00:19week, but it's tough. Sometimes life gets in the way, and I just can't make it happen. But today

00:23is not one of those days. So I'm heading to the gym right now. After the gym, it is either gone

00:28nah be a quick stop at the grocery store, or I'm gone nah head straight home and start

00:32working on some YouTube videos. I filmed these in my home studio here. I don't know what

00:37the next video is gonna be on, but if you guys have any suggestions, leave them in the comments

00:41below. And then once that's done, it's family time. We usually eat dinner together, and then

00:45a desk back to work for a few more hours before we all go to bed. It's a lot, but it's worth
