00:00Oh look, I was disappointed, there's no doubt about that, you know, but I certainly respect
00:05the Paul's decision. But I'm disappointed because I think we're a hell of a lot close
00:09to turning our club and team back into a contender again than what people think. And I'm disappointed
00:18that I'm not able to work with this great bunch of players that I know that we've developed.
00:23It's been a lot of time developing over time, and I'm just wondering I'm not going to be
00:27a part of that.
00:28I think any time you undertake some change, whether that be personnel or the way you play,
00:32you know, it's going to take time. You know, you're going to have challenges. And there's
00:35no doubt throughout this year our performances face challenges, and I don't shy away from
00:40that. And some of those have been unacceptable, as we saw a couple of weeks ago. But those
00:46challenges, you're right, and you work through it. Sometimes they can be really defining moments
00:50for your football team and your football club. And I thought the players, the way they responded
00:55last week showed that, you know, there was a different mindset. There was a different
00:59approach. And I'm looking forward to the boys, and I'll sit from afar and watch them this week,
01:04and of their great pride in the way that they go about playing the Western Bulldogs this week.
