Antagonistic movement training is ABSOLUTELY tops on my list of training approaches. 5 rounds of BTN Presses w/141⅓lb(64kg) & BTN Pullups. These were the absolute best feeling BTN Presses of my life! Right from the start, l felt lined up & ready to go. I coulda hit a PR today! I'm gonna assume the recent work on the BTN Pullups is responsible for this. The BTN Pullups pulled everything back, setting up the line of push. Triceps, Lats, Upper Back, Delts all were pumped. It's amazing how rewarding and enjoyable training can be, isn't it?? God Bless!
