00:02It's soft and sweet on the inside
00:04and crispy salty on the outside.
00:05I'm adding fresh mashed banana right into the dough,
00:08plus whole wheat flour to give it a nutty, warm flavor

00:12It's all made in the mixer.
00:13The filling is just like a cinnamon roll,
00:15except it's loaded with more fresh banana and walnuts
00:18and it gets tucked right into the dough
00:20like a secret pocket for later while it rests and rises.
