00:32you guys can barely tell but this is the new purse i bought yesterday and crystal and i were at a
00:43walmart just smelling perfumes and she accidentally spilled some this is a little scratch from cutting
00:49myself she spilled some right here and right here on accident and she felt so horrible but it's not
00:55even really that noticeable and i mean this is real leather so it's gonna get messed up it happens
01:00and i'm just glad it happened already because so i don't treat it like oh it's a princess no one touch
01:07it now at least i can be a little rough with it and you know just let it create its own shape because
01:13that's how leather is but you barely can tell and she's so sweet she was so worried about it and
01:19she's almost started crying i think she did cry a little bit oh i was like crystal it's okay
01:25so it's raining out right now and
01:29i didn't want this to get like messed up so i carried a towel around it my question is i don't
01:40plan on carrying this towel like when i'm walking into a store or something so if you guys know
01:45a lot about leather or rebecca mean cough leather like the kind of leather that she uses is what
01:51should i do do you think the rain will stain it or what because i know there are certain leathers
01:58where rain does stain it so just in the comments below i need your advice what do i do because i

02:09house i we also took her out to eat i didn't vlog that but we took her out to eat she was very

02:23hello hello hey how are you i am well thank you i just want to it's been a lot as you can imagine
02:43in the last few days it's very heavy um so i just want to talk about the house thing just to keep it
02:49simple for this talk uh because as we know i can go on and on and on and i'm very aware of that but i
02:55would like to talk about the house so first of all it goes way back again to character my mom
03:03has owned two homes currently owns one both of them have been given to her through inheritance
03:11the first one was when her husband the husband's father passed away she inherited the home never
03:19paid a penny uh the second home the current home that is in such topic currently is the one that she
03:27purchased in 2001 after my grandfather passed away and she got yet another inheritance so uh my own
03:36mother doesn't know what it's like to work a hard day or work hard to pay bills or you know to buy a
03:43home or or anything that comes with that i had to learn that on my own through a healthy relationship
03:48with my current husband i learned very late in life how to do things like that because of the family i
03:55came from so that's part of the story so uh my mom's currently in this home we haven't really touched
04:03on my mom a lot besides the fact that she's old and not of the healthiest it goes a little deeper my mom
04:11does have lung cancer she's at the very very beginning stage of lung cancer however um and has had several
04:21treatments for it which i have supported her through this period the whole time as much as i possibly can
04:28cannot say that for both my sister or amber of course through my mom but they don't come they don't
04:35check they don't show up they don't answer texts they don't answer calls a lot and that part is not
04:42hearsay because uh when my mom needs help with her phone she's very not techie i have to go over on a
04:51very regular basis almost like once a week and fix her phone so i see these things um but regardless
05:00um back in the day when we talked about already how my sister probably wouldn't be able to get a home
05:07and how could we make this home her home if she was to stay clean and i was very supportive of that
05:13at that time my sister was gonna get the home and i was gonna get whatever life insurance
05:21didn't even know what amount that life insurance was i had no clue nor did i care i never asked you
05:29guys will probably see the big difference in level of greed between me and them as the story keeps
05:37unfolding i never asked how much i didn't care i'm not that kind of person then through the time my mom
05:45started looking in to her life insurance it was champagne on it for years and years and years
05:51but the payout was extremely low uh unfortunately they do take advantage of elderly people you know
05:59and and get them to do stuff like that pay month after month after month and the payout's very
06:03little um one of the ones were worth two thousand five hundred dollars after paying for a year so you
06:10could see that like insanity in that when i discovered that um even though we found that out my mom ended up
06:18cashing out all of her life insurance policies which were several uh but really didn't collect very much i would
06:27say i can't say for sure but maybe around three thousand dollars total she kept all that money she told me
06:33there's no more life insurance i didn't know i was scammed yada yada yada so that leaves us just back
06:39to the house and as my sister continued to stay clean and hold a job and what she calls a relationship
06:48and this this and that um the conversation just kept coming up how well my mom would continuously call
06:58me with this like oh i need to go have my trust changed because i don't want your sister to just
07:06get the house and you get nothing and she'd keep bringing it up over and over i have plenty witnesses
07:13to that and all i would say is well mom if you want it changed you have to make an appointment with
07:21your lawyer and you have to go and you have to express that and have it changed and you have to
07:27file it but if you just talk about it you know life is short we we could die tonight we don't know
07:35you know if as it stands right now if you were to pass sister would get the house
07:40so if that is your wish to make it the 50 50 then you need to do the steps to make that happen
07:47yeah she would bring it up a few more times so i would do the same thing mom and she'd always say
07:57well i need you to take me though and i was working a lot right so she's like well when you don't have
08:02time to take me you don't have time to take me and i would say well you make the appointment and you
08:07tell me and i'll make sure i can take you and that's exactly what happened she made the appointment
08:12with her lawyer i picked up my mom i took my mom to the appointment i talked to the lawyer very to the
08:22point this is not my doings this is my mom's doings i want to be perfectly clear what she's changing
08:29is what she wants the lawyer was very very detailed in this what was being changed and why and this
08:38and that i even told the lawyer you know i'm gonna get blamed for all of this i'm gonna be the bad one
08:44because it's always this way um she wanted to change sorry she wanted to change it to be 50 50
08:51or you get everything uh 50 50 but there are stipulations because of the person my sister is
09:00and i will cover those stipulations in just one second and your sister kind of viewed this as
09:06oh you convinced mom to my sister knew nothing about this until i put it on live
09:12oh okay oh this was all behind my sister's back got it so um even the lawyer when i expressed i don't
09:23want no part of this i literally brought my mom here so she could do what her wishes were that's it
09:29he said when your mom passes your mom's made this very clear this is what she wants when your mom
09:37passes you don't even have to deal with your sister we can read the trust here i will
09:42read it and i will let your sister know this is how it came out what can i do you guys what can i do
09:49you know so my mom made these changes we had to leave for like two hours or something went and had
09:57lunch came back that's when my mom really went all in and i i clarified it with her i said mom i need to
10:06be perfectly clear in your wish so you're telling me you're gonna change this trust to be totally
10:13different without letting my sister know so what's the end game here you literally want to die
10:21have my sister thinking she's getting a home and may have me not only just losing my mother to deal with
10:30but also have to tell my sister oh jokes on you mom screwed you a year ago two years ago three years
10:39you know what i mean what a horrible place to be within your family right what were the stipulations
10:46to make her eligible for the 50 percent pretty much
10:50uh let's see best of my regulation of course i got my receipts but best of my regulation is
11:00from the moment my mom passes away i am to put the house up for sale my sister could move into the
11:08home that night if she wanted she would have 60 days or 90 days don't know 60 days 90 days at the end
11:18of the day it's not a lot of time to come up with what oh boy an amount that is even less
11:28drastically less than half of the amount of the home so even with what i was going through at that
11:38moment i still wanted the best for my sister so let's just say i don't like putting numbers because
11:47you guys run with like every detail a lot but let's just say the house is let's just go with that
11:52same number 80 000 i say you pay me 30 000 even gave another nook off right um and then i even in the
12:05office say but wait a minute i i do okay in life you know but if you were to tell me to have
12:1330 40 50 70 000 in 60 days or 90 days that would be a little hard to do
12:21i don't i'm not following as to why she had to put up money to be eligible to get her inheritance
12:28she would be able to move into the home and then she would have to buy me out of the home which would
12:36be paying that large amount of money oh so it really it really wasn't a 50 at all it was kind
12:42of like a shitty little opportunity that she wouldn't have been able to do no absolutely not
12:49my my sister has quite the little nest egg and at the time she wouldn't have had money to buy out the
12:55house and that's when i said the 250 for the rest of her life and that was like me saying like i really
13:02don't care you can live in the house you know if you want to buy me out pay me little payments you
13:07know it's no big deal but then when everything got ugly my mom made it to where she would have to come
13:13up with this large sum to buy me out and if she wasn't able to then we would put it on the the market
13:22and split it 50 50. now my sister would already be living in the house at this point right she would
13:29move in she would have time to pay me maybe even tell me that she was going to pay me right and
13:37then maybe we're three months down the road i even ask can i give her more time if she don't have the
13:42money can i give her more time they tell me i can do anything i want and uh what is that word
13:48executor but at that point i can do whatever i want at that point so i could give her more time
13:55let's say my sister was living in the house decided to not pay me and not leave act like a
14:03squatter kind of thing which she's done before uh which is a uh a rightful uh concern uh my mom said
14:15if she squatted there and refused to leave and pay me then i would have to have her evicted
14:22if she ruined anything in the home caused any fits did any you know physical violence any of that
14:31she would then lose a hundred percent of everything so it just came down to she thought
14:39she was getting a house and then it got changed and then she your sister got upset with you
14:44no well she heard that she heard it was that mom was talking about 50 50 having been changed
14:52but she just heard a slight conversation and instead of talking about it she blew up about it
14:58and got pissed at you and then that's why you guys didn't talk anymore yeah we didn't talk and
15:03then she didn't find out that my mom did all this behind her back for her to find out when she's dead
15:10until yesterday or whenever it was well i mean imagine me chasing my sister every day or every
15:20week or how often if we hadn't had that disagreement and me looking at my sister knowing that i'm holding
15:27this secret and that when mom dies you're really you know have to really you know do good to get the
15:33house yeah i just don't understand why she got upset with you i thank you
15:39i don't know i'm i'm very confused and you know amber always likes to say i like to hold what i did
15:46above my sister's head it's never like that but it is hard when you're here after everything you did
15:55i never held it over her head but when it's times like this why didn't i get a call hey sister let's
16:03talk this out let's go have lunch yeah it sounds like they did she just didn't communicate well
16:08no and then they they just treated you like shit from their failure of communication
16:14yeah and i have no doubt my mom played a huge part in this uh i would not be surprised if there's
16:22another side uh like when i said my mom will say this to me this to you this to you that's what she
16:30does is your is your mom like scheming is she sneaky yes it's kind of seeming like that
16:38yes she's messy you think i'm messy
16:41i'm honest okay she's just straight messy okay
16:47well it sounds like your mom's sneaky your sister doesn't know how to communicate
16:55and amber's just selfish they want to call me greedy this is what really gets me not only the
17:04parts that i've already told you about literally i didn't i just wanted my sister of a home
17:08pay me five dollars ten dollars it didn't get ugly until it got ugly before that give her a home
17:14when i was looking through one of those slack books slam book things that amber had me do so many times
17:20one of the questions was if you could give every person in this world one thing what would it be
17:28my answer was a house you can't make this shit up uh that's truly what i would want for everyone to have
17:36is a home you know so i would never mess that when it came to my sister um but i heard through my mom
17:44time and time again so like a lot you're talking for like the whole time amber's been here uh how
17:51they come over and they constantly talk about when my mom is dead when you die i want this when you die
18:00i want that when you die i want this and it was a lot of it and i would just feel like i'm sorry mom
18:07that's horrible yeah really do that it's it's i'm just like oh you know and then what really got me
18:14is when amber told my mom when you die i want samantha one of her cats i was like mom why do they
18:23keep talking to you like this and why don't you tell them this really bothers me they were just they
18:29just view her as a payout exactly my mom even knows my sister will not pay house taxes and
18:38insurance and upkeep my sister is one of the cheapest people i know literally the only reason
18:46why she's still with steven is because he pays half rent her rent's only like 300 something dollars a
18:52month she doesn't want to pay bills she can't she can't if her bills were like 500 a month mine's
19:007 000 a month and she wonders if she calls me the greedy one well i just i pay out a lot to a lot of
19:07people a lot of things you know got a lot going on but they are very self-serving it's all about them
19:14and what they can get and their money and then what it looks like to the outward people
19:20that's even my sister tricked me you can ask you can go back as far on my facebook as it can reach
19:28i'm my sister's number one cheerleader absolutely yeah absolutely and i heard over that of course but
19:39i was fooled too i think i wanted my sister clean so bad and i thought things would be a certain way
19:50when that happened you know and then it just didn't and then i even excused that she started
19:58working i worked so we didn't see each other a lot like i thought we would you know but i thought well
20:03we could make time and we did a little bit until amber came and then it was just absolutely
20:09just it's a lot to cover it's just a lot it sounds like you your sister and your mom alone that's
20:18drama in itself but amber's a whole other oh my god yeah yeah we were we were not doing good on our
20:26own and she definitely didn't make it any better my mom for the record cannot stand amber does not
20:32like her does not like her as a person or how she treats my sister um when my sister went to go help
20:40amber move um during all that chaos there was a dream catcher on the wall that my mom loved because
20:48she collects dream catchers there's a lot of them in our home they charged my mom over 300 and something
20:54dollars to send her that dream catcher they said that's what it cost and i still to this day have to
21:02question that and at the end of the day if you're making all these thousands upon thousands of
21:08dollars why would you charge your grandma for a dream catcher you know it's just stuff like that
21:15that they expect everything given to them but everyone else around them has to pay pay pay pay and i'm not
21:22just talking money you know made grandma pay for the dream catcher yeah yeah but yeah uh you know and i
21:31could you know more more now than even just a few days ago i would not be surprised if it comes back
21:41the other way where my mom was talking just as bad about me to them oh well i mean now that you've
21:51kind of be surprised but all i know is the calls that i got on a daily and we're not talking one or
21:58two we're talking three to five every day every day talking i've even went with my mom my family
22:07that's close to me all witnesses over and over be telling my mom several times just in these last
22:14couple of months mom i understand you don't have a lot of things going on in your life and that all you
22:20really have to do is talk about medical and what's going on and then me and my sister but i i cannot
22:28hear about my sister amber no more so when you bring them up i'm sorry i'm gonna have to cut you
22:36off and say i'm sorry i don't want to hear about them that lasted one day she couldn't help herself
22:42it's constant because it's all she has to talk about so i continued even when asking i don't want to
22:47hear it i don't want to hear it i don't want to be involved in it i kept hearing it and then i'd
22:52excuse that too because again i'd say well she don't really have nothing to talk about and in the
22:57way she would talk about it which i think is part of the manipulation now looking at it um
23:04she made it look innocent well the whole time i think she knew she was lighting the fire the whole
23:11time and i would tell her mom i'm gonna i'm gonna flip one day i'm getting to my end i can't take
23:18much more i don't want to hear this stuff no more and then when i started looking and i seen more and
23:26more and i haven't even seen it all i'm aware of that because i keep hearing things you know and i'm
23:30just like what now it's just there there is no there is no coming back from this and i have had
23:41even though i'm upset and i wish of course it was different i have a level of peace inside me which i
23:49know is hard to probably understand right now but i feel lighter in these last couple days since i've
23:56gotten this out because i've been held captive to it for a very long time oh i mean just personally
24:02i would have cut these people off forever ago any sane person would absolutely absolutely and i don't
24:09know why it's been so hard because i think most people would have walked away a long long time ago
24:16and never looked back but i've never been able to i break it off from several members for several
24:22lengths of time and then they just get you they just get you back and uh
24:27well better better late than never right right and you know um
24:34to even close this conversation up after everything happened yesterday
24:42and my mom obviously got word through amber and my sister that the truth was out now over the house
24:52and the line and wanting her to be dead and all this um
24:55uh
24:58my mom instead of contacting me or anything you know she asked she said hey can you give me my
25:09wallpaper you can either leave it in my mailbox and honk the horn or leave it at the table next to my
25:18door thanks
25:19that's what i got
25:23and so i was kind of shocked i'm not gonna lie even even her being my mom and knowing everything i know
25:30i was kind of like let her figure it out herself
25:33like i guess she's not gonna own like do you realize what you did do you realize that you wanted
25:39your daughter to hold this from your other daughter and your daughter that's sick sick
25:44but instead of even acknowledging just just give me my will back right so you don't have the paperwork
25:50to prove the changes that i did kind of thing she got it back she got it back
25:56i asked for two things when my mom dies two things one is a teddy bear that my great grandmother
26:05crocheted a little thing around its neck that my mom's had since before i was born
26:11i asked for that and i asked for a wooden light that her stepsister handmade
26:18and even during all my mom's days of troubles throughout the years she kept that thing no
26:25matter what traveling this that the other that thing that was like a surviving piece so it meant
26:30something to her so therefore it meant something to me that's the two things i asked when my mom
26:36passes that's the difference between me and them damn so she's gonna get the dream catcher back
26:42well i'm back to cackling again so i guess i am in the in the road of recovery she charged her and
26:54then got it back that is just so funny so funny but yeah um you know it is what it is i'm not done
27:03i still got more but uh yeah yeah well i mean the rest of the week we're going to continue
27:12to uh uh look at everything that they i mean i still have like well over an hour worth of
27:18footage to go through and then you know i don't know if amberland's going to respond to this or
27:23whatever but you know as always you are always welcome here and to clarify everything uh and anything
27:28that you want to well i do appreciate it i i have gotten a lot of support and understanding
27:35which i do appreciate i think it does help in a time like this and of course i have the haters
27:40too which i expected uh but you know they're and babies as we call them you know gotten all
27:45an opinion on what they probably are like in their lives and some people just aren't gonna get it
27:50and i understand that this whole situation is messy but i truly have tried everything else
27:56i've tried the counseling i've tried the alan on i've tried the detachment
28:00nothing works so i had to destroy yeah got no contact yep and this is the only way i can go
28:08to contact yep so but i do think uh thank you all really for giving different platforms for me to
28:16have a voice um because it's a lot you know everyone's oh you should have got on your own channel
28:22you should have made your own money that's not what it was about ever for me ever ever ever in a day
28:27and actually i don't have what it takes to do what you guys do it's a lot and i'm aware you know
28:33it's just a lot and i already you know i already deal with i just can't do that uh so that's not
28:38something i desire but like i don't know maybe paint walls or something but not uh reaction channels
28:44that's just a lot yeah so and at the end of the day it has to end one day right i gotta there's
28:51gonna be a time where i've said what i can say i've killed what i can heal and then yeah i mean
28:58eventually i mean i don't know if that's this week this month this year or whatever but uh i mean the
29:02more that you talk you know people are gonna bitch and say like oh she needs to move on is she still
29:08talking so i mean yeah get it it's just like when you feel i think that that moment will click you'll
29:14just know when you're just truly over it and you'll never expect you to hurt for literally decades
29:21and recovering two days over it you know it's gonna take a few days i don't think it'll take
29:26too long because it's a long time coming you know what i mean but it's still gonna be a process i can't
29:31just shut up because i said a few things you know yeah and i mean it's also important just to get
29:36everything out there because once you do close this chapter i mean you know we we talk about shit that
29:42amber did from eight years ago so i mean yeah yeah it'll be nice to have it all my husband brought
29:48up a word that kind of cracked me up today he said you know that's that's being an empath and you know
29:53i know we all laugh about amber thinking she's an empath which she's you know quite opposite but um
30:01you know a lot of the things that i didn't say for so long it was because of the other person i didn't
30:08want to hurt amber so i couldn't do what i'm doing now because i was worried what if it went too far
30:14and you know she's like oh man i don't even have my aunt i don't have anyone you know because i know
30:19at the end of the night i don't know i used to know wait a minute i used to think at the end of the
30:26night when amber laid her head down on her pillow and she's not on youtube and she knows reality
30:33she knows i've been there for a very long time trying nothing but trying you know and so i thought
30:39maybe when she slapped with reality that the one person that has always been there for you
30:45tried so hard finally is done maybe that would be enough but of course as we see it's not even close
30:52she still don't get it she halfway listened she just could care less um what she missed and what i was
31:00saying spoke volume and i think that's why i think that's why my god is doing this in my season right
31:09now he's letting me see i couldn't see you know when i see her to react to things that i've said
31:17her situations and she acts like that i need to see that so sometimes people question like why would
31:25you watch this because i need to see it yeah it's just that simple i need to see it and when i no longer
31:33need to see it that's when i'll quit watching and then i'll ultimately be free of course but
31:39oh just yeah i had oh i said one thing and i could just keep talking it's just so much you know
31:51it's just so much yeah it is but it'll all be in the rearview mirror a lot sooner than i think you
32:00know yeah uh the one video that you hear steven talking in the background just very vaguely said
32:11i was mad because amber moved downtown i don't know if any of y'all caught that uh yeah i remember
32:19okay so the story behind that is when amber was looking for a place to move here
32:27uh of course i don't think she did really good research i think she did what everyone would expect
32:35amber to do what's the most bougie kind of living headquarters can i rent the most rent
32:43where it looks like i'm living large you know and so she chose a place that is downtown oklahoma city
32:51and um newer place it's it's absolutely gorgeous not worth what she's paying for i can guarantee you
32:59that because she literally has a shoe box but um the amenities they're wonderful you know so i thought
33:06like if you look on it online i can totally see why somebody would be like oh wow i would love to stay
33:13there so when i find this out and i'm gonna go do the tour um i did reach out to amber and i did tell
33:23her um that everything's great except really the location i just wish it wasn't downtown because
33:31again there i go speaking truth that you know she didn't want to hear i just said we all we all as
33:39in your family your mom grandma me your cousins none of us really go downtown i've been here since 1998
33:49i avoid downtown it's a lot of crazy driving it's difficult a lot of one ways you know you just kind
33:56avoid it uh for years if we were invited to performances or you know musical things my husband
34:05you know reforms uh that would be one of my first questions is it downtown because if it's downtown
34:11i'm probably not going so your your sister has to fight all that traffic every time that she wants to
34:16so all i did was make a comment is i just wish it wasn't downtown because i can tell you it would
34:22people won't come visit as often if you're downtown yeah amber doesn't care made it like i was just
34:29taking apart her joy and that it was the most horrible thing i could have ever said now mind you
34:35at the time my sister hardly drived she had just got her driver's license like a couple years ago
34:41it was very there she never had a license her whole entire life until a couple years ago
34:47uh talking nervous nervous driving i mean paranoid like the ones that you scream behind like but you
34:56know the gas is on the right kind of driving two and four or two and you call it holding on the
35:01steering wheel just so for my sister to drive downtown i was like oh my gosh you know it was just that's
35:09all i was saying it i just wish it wasn't downtown well amber she wanted to be by the restaurants
35:14that's that's what it was yeah she didn't want to be out in the suburbs or wherever you guys were
35:20because she wanted to be near because that's how it was for her in kentucky see that's the thing
35:24that's the thing i we live in a city that is full of restaurants i i can i can throw a rock to two
35:34restaurants and then if i cross my highway there's i don't know 15 and i'm not downtown i'm not in the
35:42city i'm in oklahoma city yes but you know there's plenty here plenty where she could but of course
35:47she wasn't here to see that but it's just crazy that her choices were that and um but anyway so it
35:56really it just really showed that whatever narrative people share with the other person is what
36:05is ran with so by me hearing steven say that she's mad at you because
36:13downtown he didn't move where she wanted you to that was hilarious to me that was absolutely
36:21hilarious but that's the narrative that's what they'll do they'll feed off of that
36:26you're like no and i you know again it's gonna be my catchphrase i got my receipts uh of me talking
36:35to her about this then saying it'll be fine don't worry about it it'll be fine once i went to her
36:43apartment it is downtown but it's not the busiest part of downtown it's right on the outskirt it's
36:50easy in easy out but it's still downtown i drive it all the time so it was never never would have
36:58been an issue i drive all over the place it does not matter so that was just another example that
37:06came out during this that made me just kind of stop and be like what not mad at her because she
37:12moved downtown i don't care where she moved i was just happy she was moving here she could have
37:18been anywhere would not have mattered oh boy well all right miss tammy i thank you again for coming

37:38clarify because i've just seen in your chat i don't drink i don't drink oh yeah a long time i have
37:46drank and then i at one point worried that i might have had a problem after the pandemic
37:53um and then i even turned to my sister during that which that will be another story and then um i
38:01drank a little bit more and then i quit and i haven't drank in quite a while now and yeah so it's
38:06just funny that they want to say drunk drunk drunk this is not drunk this is her uh yeah you don't you
38:12don't need to acknowledge that i know it's just it's just it's something that people you know they
38:18want to push my buttons like it is they have babies but for the people that want the truth that's the
