00:00what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice and toys welcome back today we'll be
00:17taking you all through a 20-minute full-body dumbbell challenge workout for this workout
00:23all you're going to need is a pair of dumbbells for reference i'll be doing this using a pair
00:26of tens and i'll be using a pair of 20 pound dumbbells but again feel free to use whatever
00:30weights that's going to challenge you throughout this challenge all right for the workout format
00:34listening close we're taking you through five sets of five different exercises that include
00:40front squat to press reverse lunge to curl deadlifts to row swings and wood chops we're going to do each
00:50of these exercises for 30 seconds but the rest period will gradually decrease with each set so
00:55for the first set we'll have 20 seconds of rest in between each exercise then we'll have 15 seconds
01:0110 5 and then the last and final set we'll have no rest in between and we'll do this all the way
01:07through all right so be sure to go as hard as you can for each and every exercise and the goal
01:11for this challenge is to try to finish without stopping absolutely so we're going to take you
01:16up there a quick warm up and then we'll get right into the workout let's get to it
