33:10The state Supreme Court issued a one-page order today rejecting Carl Lewis' request to delay the printing of ballots for the June 7th primary.
33:18Today, his legal team filed another petition asking the high court to hear his case.
33:23This afternoon, the state and Republicans trying to keep Lewis off the ballot were asked to file papers with the court by tomorrow.
33:30Meanwhile, in a federal courtroom, Lewis continued his fight to get onto the ballot at the Federal Court of Appeals in Philadelphia.
