​GRIZZLY BEAR SPOTTED ROAMING LODGE GROUNDS

A grizzly bear was caught on camera wandering around the grounds of a lodge.
The video was filmed by Charlotte Moreno, from California, USA, while she and her husband Joe were staying at Lake Clark, Alaska.
The bear was captured casually sniffing about near painted paw prints and a sign reading Papa Bear.
The couple, who visited also filmed other unforgettable encounters including a male bear scratching and relaxing just outside the lodge.
Another encounter included a young female coastal grizzly strolling calmly past them on the beach, just feet away.
Joe described it as an experience they will never forget.
Joe said: “They could scrub all day, but the grizzly bear has one of the strongest senses of smell in the animal kingdom.
“When a pine needle falls in the forest, the eagle sees it; the deer hears it, and the bear smells it.” Native American Proverb"
