00:01Deep in the heart of Louisiana, there's a swamp the locals call Cypress Hollow.
00:06On moonless nights, travelers whisper of a pale lantern light swaying between the cypress trees.
00:12Long ago, a railway worker named Elias drowned in those waters while repairing tracks that cut through the swamp.
00:19His lantern was never found.
00:20Some say his spirit still wanders.
00:22Searching for the line, he never finished.
00:25Hunters claim they followed the glow, only to find themselves turned around, knee-deep in muck where no path exists.
00:32One man swore he saw the lantern stop, and behind it, a figure with water dripping from its skin, eyes hollow as the swamp itself.
00:39The elders warn, if the lantern man finds you, he'll guide you, but not home.
00:44He'll lead you deeper into the swamp where the living don't return.
00:48To this day, fishermen avoid the hollow after dark.
00:51But if you ever hear the faint creak of metal and see a ghostly light swaying through the mist, remember, it's not a path.
