Donatella Versace pays respects to late Giorgio Armani in Milan

Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace embraced Argentine model Valeria Mazza before they paid their respects to Giorgio Armani as he lay in state in the Armani Theatre on Saturday, September 6.

Giuseppe Tornatore, an Italian film director, was also seen arriving at the theatre where crowds queued to see Armani.

The designer died on Thursday, September 6, at the age of 91 and will have a private funeral on Monday, September 8.

Armani built one of the world's most iconic fashion groups, over which he maintained a tight grip until the very end.
