00:00So in a great culture, we are highly transparent, meaning we are sharing data, we are sharing
00:07the P&L, we are sharing goals, we know what each other's goals are on our team, each team
00:12knows each other's goals.
00:13If someone joins the company, we know why, and we know why they got hired, and we understand
00:18who they are.
00:19If someone gets fired or someone leaves, we know why.
00:22Now, there are sometimes reasons we can't know why, but as long as there's not some
00:25compliance thing, we're open and honest about it, right?
00:29We talk about our failures, we talk about what's happening so we can learn from it, and
00:35also so people can make better decisions.
