00:00Since nandito tayo sa part ng Tagaytay Mendes Alfonso,
00:09alam nyo naman, maraming source dito ng beef.
00:13So, ito yung mga kinakatay sa Batangas,
00:15inaakyat dito because of the restaurants and hotels na marami dito,
00:22kaya mataas talaga yung demand.
00:25And syempre, since nandito nga tayo,
00:27kailangan, feeling ko ah,
00:30kailangan ko talagang magsingit lagi ng isang beef dish.
00:34Beef salpikaw.
00:36Pag sinabi kong salpikaw, meron akong mga pamantayan eh.
00:42Kailangan oily, syempre garlicky,
00:46yung tipong nagtataboy ka ng bampira, level or aswang.
00:51So, rough chop lang natin yung ating garlic.
00:55I want to cut it too small.
00:58And then, yung ating sear loin,
01:02tatanggalin ko lang itong meated na yan,
01:05yung silver part na yan.
01:08Kasi kapag hindi nyo natanggal yan,
01:11yan yung magkukos ng bite or chewiness.
01:14And yan yung mga fascia na yan,
01:27kung matatanggal nyo rin.
01:29Better.
01:33And then, i-cube lang natin sya.
01:36Season lang natin ito ng
01:37Worsoshire sauce or W sauce.
01:40Some salt.
01:45Marinate lang natin yan.
01:49Hot pan.
01:50Oil.
01:51Generous amount.
01:52And then, yung ating garlic.
01:53And then, bago pa,
02:00totally mag-crisp up yung ating garlic,
02:05itatabi ko muna sya.
02:07The reason why I'm doing this is,
02:09gusto ko munang itaas yung temperature nung ating pan,
02:13together with the oil,
02:15para hindi rin masunog yung ating bawang.
02:17With very hot pan and oil,
02:22balik na natin yung ating garlic
02:23at kasama yung ating karne.
02:38And to finish it up,
02:39lagyan lang natin ng freshly cracked pepper.
02:41That's our cue.
02:47Ganun kabilis,
02:48ganun kasimple.
02:50Pwede tayo mag-serve.
