00:00Non, ce n'est pas un plan de French français pour occuper l'Ukraine.
00:07Les claims sont spreadés en ligne que la russière des hacking group Killnet
00:11a gained access à confidential documents
00:14detailing un plan de l'Occupy l'Ukraine en l'avance de un peace deal.
00:19Les disinformation sont en ligne que les hackers accesses
00:21French military databases et retrieved ce map
00:25outlining le plan de division de l'Ukraine.
00:28Allegedly, four countries, France, the UK, Poland and Romania
00:33would split the natural resources and minerals of Ukraine between them.
00:37The propagandists also claim that 50,000 peacekeeping soldiers
00:41would be deployed by the so-called Coalition of the Willing
00:44which is a group of as many as 35 mainly European countries
00:49that have offered to contribute to Ukraine's security guarantees.
00:53But these claims are completely fabricated
00:55and a closer look at this allegedly leaked map
00:58shows that it's the work of disinformation actors.
01:01For example, Belarus is incorrectly translated into French
01:05and the name of French General Thierry Bourcard is also misspelled.
01:10A new ex-account managed by France's Foreign and European Affairs Ministries
01:15which aims to revert false narratives online
01:18has exposed further errors that demonstrate that this is potentially Russian disinformation.
01:24For example, the French article
01:27La is missing in the title of the map
01:29which is a mistake typically made by Russian native speakers.
01:34We also detected this video circulating online
01:36making the same unfounded claims.
01:39It's been viewed almost a million times.
01:42In conclusion, this is a blatant piece of disinformation
01:45that has nonetheless spread widely online.
01:48It's yet another example of disinformation undermining European efforts
01:53to support a future peace settlement in Ukraine.
