00:00401ks. And there's a few different flavors here. First, you want to obviously contribute. But
00:06generally, when people are switching jobs, they're making more. And it's great. I generally recommend
00:11people save half of that. So that's a great way to start increasing your 401k. So increase your
00:19401k contributions, sign up for it and increase your contributions. Any objections? No, I think
00:25that's great. And at a minimum, make sure that you take advantage of the company match. A lot of
00:32places where if you put in 5%, up to 5%, they match. Sometimes it's up to 10%. So understand what
00:38the match is at the new company and make sure you're doing that at a minimum. And then I love
00:42this idea, right? Hey, I changed jobs because I got a 3% or a 5% raise. We'll put 2% or 3% more into
00:49the 401k plan. We'll go from 10% to 12% or whatever. I still get a more take-home pay,
00:55but I'm also bolstering my retirement. I mean,
