00:00and an initial safety along the frontier.
00:04These things are necessary.
00:08To build the mutual trust that is the foundation of anti-rust communities,
00:13to rush the borders open before this measure,
00:18are in place would endanger ordinary people on both sides.
00:23High acquisition is not one of defiance,
00:27but of responsibility.
00:30We remain fully committed to the ceasefire,
00:34to the well-being of border communities,
00:36and to ASEAN community.
00:38We cooperate with ASEAN mechanisms,
00:41including the ASEAN Coordinating Center for Humanitarian Assistance,
00:48to help those affected by this crisis.
00:52However, solidarity must be based on fairness and mutual respect.
00:58We promise that our capital and neighbor will appreciate patterns
01:03during security concerns and our efforts to address them by effort.
01:09Reopening the border will truly serve our shared goal of safety only when it can be done safely and with real confidence.
01:19In closing, let me reassure this assembly that Thailand will continue working
01:26tirelessly for peace and localization in the border areas.
01:31We remain ready to engage in good faith, better, and bilateral cooperation.
01:38We deeply went to ASEAN centrality and ASEAN land.
01:44And we will uphold them by both safeguarding our sovereignty, and by persuading reconciliation.
01:51The Kingdom of Thailand stands for a peaceful, prosperous ASEAN,
01:57but such a future must place on realistic, collaborative solutions,
02:03not on the solutions that bypass the very level that is healing this issue.
02:10Thailand does not support the giant resolution.
02:17Thank you very much.
