01:30At hindi po po pwedeng gobyerno po ulit ang maglagabas ng pera dito.

01:33Kailangan po ito ay makuha sa mga warranties.

01:36Nag-initiate na po ang ating bagong legal team ng procedures para mabawi ang warranties.

01:42Most of the warranties for the flood control projects, if not all, are five years, Mr. Chairman, under their contracts.

01:50So pwedeng-pwede pa po natin abulin. Lalo na po yung mga proyektong wala pang limang taon.

01:55At yun po ang gagawin natin. Ini-initiate na po natin yan.

01:59As to the amount, hindi ko po po masasabi.

02:03Pero nag-a-add up lang po na nag-a-add up to.

02:05But all I can say is this is up to the billions, maybe the tens of billions.

02:12At kung nationwide po ito, hundreds of billions.

02:15Kasi dapat silang parusahan sa kasong kriminal, pero dapat din silang parusahan doon sa pinansya.

02:22Na merong bonds na dapat sumagot dito at sinasabi ninyong tens of billions ang kailangan isole.
