Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said his ministry welcomes the implementation of the BUDI MADANI RON95 (BUDI95) targeted subsidy initiative for military personnel, which will begin this Saturday (Sept 27) ahead of the general public rollout on Sept 30.
He said the early implementation for armed forces personnel would allow the government to evaluate its impact before extending it nationwide.
