00:20chocolate chip? This is everything you love in a layered chocolate dessert form. Not to toot our
00:27own horn, but a lot of our recipes get rave reviews. There are a few reviewers that love to
00:33be giving us one star because of an ingredient that they don't personally care for. In this instance,
00:39the name of the dish, Midnight Cowboy Delight. Yes, there is a movie from 1969 called Midnight Cowboy.
00:46This has nothing to do with that movie. It's up to you to google the movie and then proceed to go

00:57since the original intention was inspired by the Texas cowboy cookies, we call for chocolate pudding
01:05and coconut cream pudding. My pudding aisle did not have coconut cream pudding. So I went with
01:13cheesecake. Y'all know that song by Leanne Rimes, I'm gonna be a cowboy sweetheart. I would sing that
01:19at the top of my lungs riding in my papa's Corvette. Giddy up y'all, Midnight Cowboy Delight. I'm happily
01:26married. All I have to say is sometimes I secretly still want to be a Midnight Cowboy sweetheart.
