00:00They have a truly big picture, going back to last year and trying to get with these
00:07guys.
00:08Off season long conversation about defense, you know, about you guys win the league,
00:14but it comes about all your flaws.
00:16And this whole off season about all the things that they apply.
00:19They got the best league career, they got the proceedings, they got all the answers.
00:23When you go out and hold their running game in check, hold their quarterback in check,
00:27you put up 30 points on NBC.
00:30What kind of statement is this about this program when you stuck with your guys,
00:34about guys and guys in-house?
00:37Yeah, just that we believe in each other and we had work to do, right?
00:40We found some flaws in our game.
00:42And there's going to be some flaws tonight that we find.
00:44And guess what we'll do?
00:45We'll go correct them, right?
00:46We got outstanding coaches, players that want to be great.
00:49And that's what we got to do.
00:50We got to go attack our flaws, figure out what we can improve.
00:52This program is about growth, right?
00:54And it doesn't matter if you're a freshman or a senior.
00:56It doesn't matter if you're an offensive coordinator or defensive coordinator
00:59or a graduate assistant or a quality control coach.
01:02You got to grow.
01:03A head coach got to grow.
01:04I got to get better, right?
01:05And I learned from this game tonight.
01:06We learned from that game in the Rose Bowl.
01:08This is going to be an opportunity for us to keep learning and keep getting better.
