A massive magnitude 7.6 earthquake shook the Philippines Friday morning, striking off the southern region of Mindanao. It's the second major quake to hit the country in over a week. It triggered tsunami warnings as far away as Indonesia and Palau. Social media posts from Mindanao showed people frantically fleeing homes and buildings.
