00:04an exciting new infrastructure project in partnership with one of the country's leading energy companies, Sur Energy.

00:11It is our first Stargate project in Latin America, a region full of talent, creativity, and ambition.

00:17This milestone is about more than just infrastructure.

00:19It's about putting AI into the hands of people across Argentina.

00:23We're excited to work with Argentina as it builds towards becoming an AI hub for all of Latin America.

00:28When I first met President Millet during his visit to San Francisco last year,

00:33his vision for how AI could drive Argentina's growth and creativity was unmistakable and strong.

00:38Stargate Argentina will help bring that vision to life.

00:42I also want to take a moment to recognize Matt Trevizano,

00:45who led our partnership discussions before he tragically passed away in a recent mountaineering accident.

00:51I got to meet Matt when he traveled to San Francisco with President Millet last year,

00:54and I was immediately struck by his commitment to unlocking AI's potential to benefit Argentina,

00:59Latin America, and the rest of the world.

01:02We would not be making this announcement without his efforts.
