00:00This is everything I ate at the Sydney Fish Market, and this is the largest fish market in the Southern Hemisphere, so we have high expectations.
00:06You had to try the Morton Bay Bugs because you can only find these in Australia.
00:09They're like a cross between lobster and shrimp. Ours were grilled with garlic butter and herbs, and the meat was sweet and tender.
00:14It came with a salad and fries for $25 USD.
00:17These sushi donuts and tacos caught my eye, so we picked up the salmon sushi taco.
00:21I love how it's wrapped in a crispy fried seaweed shell, and it's filled with sushi rice, salmon sashimi, and spicy mayo.
00:27Each taco was $6 USD.
00:28The king crab legs were freshly grilled with a rich mentai sauce and seaweed flakes, and this was our favorite.
00:34The crab was so fresh, and the sauce had a deep umami flavor.
00:37This came with three crab legs for $16 USD.
00:39We got fresh oysters topped with uni, salmon roe, and ponzu.
00:42I haven't had oysters with these kinds of toppings before, but the textures and flavors really complemented each bite.
00:47These were $19 USD for half a dozen.
00:49And of course, we are in Australia, so if you visit, beware of the seagulls, pelicans, and any other creature that might try to steal your food.
