00:00Welcome to Jesse Waters' prime time tonight.
00:03You probably hear the beautiful sound of construction to the back.
00:07You hear that sound?
00:08Oh, that's music to my ears.
00:10I love that sound.
00:12It reminds me of money.
00:13Donald Trump jackhammering his way into history.
00:18You don't own it.
00:20I'll take you behind to another town.
00:24There you go.
00:25Y'all better stay the f*** out of my way in these stores.
00:28I'm walking out with cars and I'm not paying for f***.
00:30Um, Trump, if you want, um, my f*** start moving.
00:33Oh, it's gonna happen.
00:34I'm gonna be stealing like it ain't no tomorrow.
00:37The food stamp hostage crisis is making everyone crazy.
00:42You know what happened?
00:44Women do this.
00:46Well, Gayle King has done it again, y'all.
00:48She's over here with damn dude from the news station.
00:53I'm confused, Gayle.
00:55Did I get Gayle King in trouble?
00:58Plus...
00:58Why don't you come on Jeff and water fries?
01:00Come on, bro.
01:02You can bring your binder.
01:12Shh.
01:13You hear that?
01:15You probably hear the beautiful sound of construction to the back.
01:19You hear that sound?
01:21Oh, that's music to my ears.
01:23I love that sound.
01:24Other people don't like it.
01:25I love it, Josh.
01:26I think when I hear that sound, it reminds me of money.
01:30If you live in D.C., get used to those sweet, sweet, soothing sounds of demolition.
01:37The president's building the biggest and most beautiful ballroom in the world.
01:41And it's free.
01:42Trump and donors put up the money.
01:45And even though she lives in New York, it keeps Mika up at night.
01:49It is hard to watch that.
01:52And it's hard to believe that any president could destroy the White House.
01:56To take literally a wrecking ball to the White House.
02:01I can't.
02:01It's grotesque.
02:03It's just grotesque.
02:04The ladies of the view tried drowning out the jackhammers with their pipes.
02:09You don't own that building.
02:11That is the people's building.
02:13You don't own it.
02:14You don't own it.
02:18You cannot take it down.
02:21You don't own it.
02:23Take your behind to another town.
02:26Hillary says it's not his house.
02:29It's your house.
02:30And he's destroying it.
02:33Hillary just called Trump a homewrecker.
02:35When her husband, Bill, was termed out, Hillary absconded with $30,000 of White House furniture.
02:43She even took the silverware.
02:45Nothing's more grotesque than what Bill Clinton did to that White House.
02:50And what's Trump destroying?
02:52Has Hillary not seen the new marble floors?
02:56Did you notice the white marble floor that was put there?
02:59That was made out of Home Depot tiles, about one foot by one foot.
03:04They were all broken, about 30 years old.
03:06And I replaced it with bookmatched marble, paid for by your friend, President Trump.
03:12White House renovations aren't anything new.
03:14Presidents have been fixing up the White House for over 100 years.
03:17Teddy Roosevelt built the West Wing from scratch.
03:20FDR added an entire second floor and then put in an indoor swimming pool.
03:26The presidents that followed loved it.
03:28Kennedy liked a skinny dip.
03:30That was the swimming pool where Jackie would say, I hear women inside.
03:37Are women inside?
03:38Quite a famous, I'm not saying anything, this was a part of a movie.
03:42And the Secret Service said, no ma'am, there's no women inside, ma'am.
03:46I'm sorry ma'am, you're going to have to move along.
03:49But I hear women inside.
03:51No ma'am, you'll have to move along ma'am.
03:53So that was the famous swimming pool.
03:56JFK left the pool so scandalized that Nixon filled it with concrete and turned it into the briefing room.
04:02Is that why they call it the press pool?
04:05We don't know.
04:06But Nixon left his mark.
04:08He put in a bowling alley in the basement.
04:10Truman gutted the whole White House, gutted it.
04:14And he slept across the street while they ripped the place up.
04:18Barry put a basketball court right on top of where Bush, the elder, played tennis.
04:23Michelle hated Barack playing ball.
04:26I'm always like, be careful playing basketball.
04:28You shouldn't be playing now.
04:29You now have a real important job.
04:32And literally, he's coming in with a, you know, a gauze thing on his, on his lip.
04:37He needed like 30 something stitches.
04:41I mean, his lip was, I saw it.
04:43He had some major speech on Monday and I was like, this is what I'm saying.
04:47You know, you're playing like you're 10 and now your lip is split.
04:50Taxpayers paid for every stitch on Barry's lip.
04:54Some of Biden's people are really mad Trump's doing construction.
04:57There's no greater metaphor right now than what's happening right now in this country
05:04than watching Donald Trump take a wrecking ball to the White House.
05:09Like the powers that are in the D.C. are not standing up.
05:14They're acting as if they're powerless.
05:16Biden painted a trans flag over the Truman balcony
05:19and had transgenders flashing their chesticles on the lawn.
05:23A nice, classy ballroom will class the place up after what Biden and Hunter did to it.
05:29Biden brought construction guys to the White House to do the Situation Room
05:33and then blamed them for the cocaine.
05:36Trump's bringing in construction guys.
05:38He's haggling about the price and then hanging out with them after a hard day's work.
05:43The left's glum because Trump's so unconstrained.
05:47They can't control him.
05:48And his ambition, his vision, his confidence are a constant reminder
05:53of the Biden presidency's impotence.
05:57The left's struggling over the fact that Trump's a consequential president.
06:01So consequential that he's not only rewiring world trade,
06:06cutting historic peace deals,
06:08he's leaving a lasting physical legacy right on top of the White House
06:12that no one will ever be able to take away.
06:14In fact, future Democrat presidents, if there ever are any, will enjoy it.
06:22They've realized that Biden squandered his executive power
06:24and now that Trump's flexing his,
06:27the last four years just seems like a waste of time.
06:30It's not just the White House.
06:31D.C. is looking so good,
06:34Trump's taking out the beast for some sightseeing.
06:37I hop in the beast and I tell the Secret Service,
06:40let's drive around town.
06:41The place is looking much, the grass is good,
06:44the fences are down, there's no tents, there's no anything.
06:48This place is looking really good.
06:51Everybody needs to calm down about the big, beautiful ballroom.
06:54It'll be tasteful.
06:55It's not going to look fugly like Obama's presidential library.
06:59You're building your ballroom right now.
07:01They're also building the Obama presidential library.
07:04I'm wondering if you've seen...
07:05He needs help.
07:06Have you seen pictures of the architecture?
07:08Yeah, I did. It's not too pretty.
07:10You know, but it's close.
07:14It's stuck.
07:14They ran out of money.
07:15They're stuck.
07:17And he wanted only women in DEI to build it.
07:20Well, that's what they got.
07:22Thank God Barry only put in a basketball court.
07:25Can you imagine what kind of ghastly monstrosity he would have undertaken?
07:29Democrats can't even get their own house in order.
07:32They shouldn't be pointing fingers at 47.
07:34If anything's being demolished, it's the Democrat Party.
07:37Look what happened to James Carville.
07:41I know that you're so appalled by this, but I've got to tell you, they're in Louisiana.
07:48You know, I ride in the Mardi Gras Parade, Carville, beats, dopey.
07:53You know what happens?
07:55Women do this.
07:57You know what I do?
07:58I throw them beats.
07:59Do you want to be in a house with Carville or Stephen Miller?
08:05Carville, the not-so-crazy uncle, still can't believe Democrats want boys changing in girls' locker rooms.
08:10What bull****?
08:13I have a lot of friends that have daughters that play soccer, play volleyball, run track, play softball.
08:19You know what their parents don't want them doing for good **** reason?
08:23It's competing with males.
08:24You understand what you're doing.
08:26To try to do some kind of cheap political point with a bunch of left-wing zombies is you're ruining the women that work their asses off.
08:36Trump's big, beautiful ballroom will have a men's room and a ladies' room.
08:41If Gavin's the next president, he can have a trans bathroom.
08:44It's the chief executive's prerogative.
08:47Democrats are more focused on trans than on biology and beauty.
08:51Even CBS thinks they've lost it.
08:55Two out of three Americans have an unfavorable view of the party that you caucus with.
08:59Yes.
09:00How did that happen?
09:01Okay, I'll tell you.
09:02Why do they not like you and trust you right now?
09:04This country faces many crises, and I think a lot of working class people said, look, Trump is crazy.
09:10He lies all the time, but at least he's going to do something.
09:13Where are the Democrats?
09:15Bernie's asking the right questions.
09:17Where are the Democrats?
09:19Barack's henpecked in Hawaii and only comes out to stab Joe in the back.
09:23And if Hunter ever sees the cross-legged Messiah, his lip's going to have another stitch.
09:28After Obama walked Joe off that stage during the Hollywood fundraiser, Hunter told Jonathan
09:34Carl, quote, I almost jumped up on the stage and said, don't ever effing do that to the
09:41president of the United States again.
09:43That really, really, really bleeped me off.
09:47The party may have turned on Joe Biden, but there are a lot of Hunter Biden Democrats ready
09:51for war, the young bare-knuckle brawlers, the kind of people who years ago would have challenged
09:58you to a duel.
09:59A Democrat in Texas saying this, if they go low, I'm going to the gutter.
10:04My brother was murdered.
10:05My aunt was murdered.
10:06My cousin was murdered.
10:07My dad blew his brains out.
10:10Sometimes ish is ugly, and you got to be able to fight ugly.
10:15Binder's still riding with Biden.
10:17She's what you call a Hunter Biden Democrat, and she's ready to light it up.
10:23In this moment, it is, there's an existential threat.
10:26Our democracy is hanging by a thread.
10:29Some people will say, would say we're already an authoritarian regime, and I need to see
10:34teeth.
10:34I need to see fire.
10:36The DEI revenge tour is on.
10:39She's throwing the whole party under the electric school bus, and she's blaming, you guessed
10:43it, the whites.
10:45For me, as a black woman, as a person who's also LGBTQ, I feel as if those communities
10:55that I am part of largely get taken for granted.
10:59It is not the big tent party that I loved and enjoyed and was part of and fought for.
11:06Binder, who never misses an opportunity to remind you she's black and LGBTQ or STUV, says
11:12whites still can't see race.
11:14The leadership Democratic Party side of things, they're actually throwing people under the
11:22bus who need, who are vulnerable and need protection.
11:24As a black woman who has walked through the walls of the White House and been part of
11:31this party for a very long time, we get forgotten, and that by large part, the Democratic Party
11:36does not see us.
11:37Binder's mad at Nancy and Chuck for cooing Biden because she was collateral damage.
11:43And now that Trump's outlawed DEI, Binder's been hung out to dry.
11:47She can't get a job.
11:49Democrat donors won't hire her because she's the face of the cover up.
11:52And corporate America won't pay her because she's not that smart.
11:58The only way her bread gets buttered is by the Bidens.
12:01That's why she still sounds like Biden's press secretary.
12:05I saw a guy who I had not seen backstage at the benefit that I did.
12:10It seemed like a dramatically different person.
12:12No one is saying that he didn't age.
12:14I'm talking about was he did he have the the questions that I was getting, the mental acuity.
12:19Was he able to govern?
12:22And the man that I saw nearly every day was someone who was engaging.
12:26We tried asking Binder, are you sure?
12:30But you wouldn't talk to us.
12:33Hey, Green.
12:34Johnny from Fox.
12:35How are you?
12:36Why don't you come on, Jeff?
12:36You can bring your binder.
12:42We can't blame her for not wanting to talk to Johnny.
12:45You know who will talk to us?
12:47White House press secretary Caroline Lovett.
12:49All right, Caroline.
12:51Are the Democrats jealous that Trump's building this big, beautiful ballroom?
12:56It certainly appears that way, Jesse.
12:58And I believe there's a lot of fake outrage right now because nearly every single president
13:03who has lived in this beautiful White House behind me has made modernizations and renovations of their own.
13:10And in fact, presidents for decades in the modern time have quipped about how they wish they had a larger event space here at the White House that can hold hundreds more people than the current East Room and state dining rooms can.
13:25In fact, President Obama notably complained that during his tenure he had to hold a state visit on the South Lawn and get a very expensive tent.
13:33If you talk to journalists who have covered the White House for decades, as I do here every single day, they will also tell you that administration after administration have publicly and privately spoken about the need for a larger event space.
13:47So while many presidents have privately dreamt about this, it's President Trump who is actually doing something about it.
13:54And he is the builder in chief.
13:56In large part, he was reelected back to this people's house because he's good at building things.
14:02He has done it his entire life, his entire career.
14:05And construction is a process at the end.
14:08The East Wing, which is an entirely separate structure from the executive mansion you see behind me, will be more modern and beautiful than ever.
14:16And then on top of that, the White House is going to have a big, beautiful ballroom for generations of Americans to come.
14:24And the best part of it all, it's not a dime of the taxpayers' money.
14:28The president has worked hard to privately fund this entire project from start to finish.
14:33Yeah, they'd be mad if it's donors, they'd be mad if it was taxpayer funded.
14:36They're always mad.
14:38One of the reasons, Caroline, they're mad is because he's doing this during a government shutdown.
14:43How's the whole shutdown thing going?
14:46Well, we're continuing to work very hard to try to reopen the government, Jesse.
14:51And we are now on day 21 of the government shutdown.
14:54Democrats have voted 11 straight times against the Republican-led, clean, continuing resolution to keep the government open.
15:03And it's quite peculiar because they voted for 13 times in the past for this exact same type of funding bill.
15:09As the president very clearly stated in the Oval Office today, he will gladly meet with Democrats to talk about health care or whatever other issue that they want to talk about.
15:19And by the way, it's the Democrats who created the broken health care system in this country through Obamacare that has led to rising premium in costs.
15:27It's this president, President Trump, who is taking on big pharma, who is cutting deals with them, who is working with insurance companies across the board to bring down the cost of health care in this country.
15:37But he's not going to have those conversations until Democrats simply vote to reopen the government.
15:43There are damning consequences every single day.
15:46Nearly a half million Americans are going without their paychecks right now.
15:50President wants to put people back to work, and he's calling on Senate Democrats to do the right thing, have a little bit of courage to stand up to their far left radical base and vote to reopen the government.
16:01Well, someone who can't find work is the same person who had your job about a year ago.
16:06We call her Binder, KJP, Corinne Jean-Pierre.
16:09You, I guess, have made a joke about it was like your mama joke, and she didn't like that.
16:15This is what she said.
16:16Roll it.
16:17It's deplorable.
16:18And I'm using that word on purpose.
16:20Yeah.
16:21Because they don't seem to understand, this is the Trump White House, that they don't work for just one man.
16:29Yeah.
16:29They work for the American people.
16:31The White House press secretary is not about doing online trolling.
16:37Right.
16:37It is not.
16:38It is an honor and a privilege to have that job.
16:41She called you deplorable.
16:44And you say?
16:45Well, with all due respect to my predecessor, she is one of the main culprits of the greatest cover-up and scandal in American history.
16:53She took the podium every day and lied to the press about the incompetence of her boss.
16:59And on this book tour, she continues to lie.
17:02She said this past week that Joe Biden would still be up for the job if he had, God forbid, been reelected in November.
17:09She actually said this week as well on a podcast that Joe Biden did more press engagements than President Trump currently does now.
17:17Any person across the aisle can tell you that is a bald-faced lie.
17:22And I will just add, when you talk to the real journalists, not the ones who are actually activists that pose as journalists, but the people who actually care about truth.
17:31And there are some of those left in the White House press corps.
17:34I work with them every day.
17:35They will tell you the Trump White House is the most accessible and transparent White House ever.
17:41Not only does the president take questions from the press on a near-daily basis multiple times per day, as he did today, but we also provide truthful and accurate information about what this administration is doing and accomplishing.
17:56And it's a stark contrast to what they had over the past four years, where they were gaslit, where they were told Joe Biden was mentally stable and up for the job.
18:03That was a lie, where they were told the administration was doing everything it could to secure the border.
18:09Also a lie.
18:10I'm very proud to work for the greatest president in history.
18:13I know Corrine, unfortunately, worked for the most incompetent president in history.
18:16So I guess she has a reason to be bitter.
18:19But being bitter will not sell you books, Jesse.
18:21Is Peter Doocy one of those good reporters?
18:25Are you sure?
18:26Look, Peter's a good guy.
18:28We have our tussles with Peter, too.
18:30No mistakes there.
18:31All right.
18:31Thank you so much, Caroline.
18:33Good luck with the big, beautiful ballroom.
18:35Portland is now helping Antifa attack Ike.
18:41Portland went loco again.
18:43It looked like Gaza before the peace deal.
18:45Antifa has made the city their personal playground.
19:04One Antifa foot soldier got caught sucking on his binky.
19:07They're just yelling at people threatening him.
19:15Benjamin Button with the binky, though.
19:18Benjamin Button with the binky, though.
19:21The man-childs are fighting ice one passy at a time.
19:25So where are the revolutionaries training for battle of the binky?
19:29An abandoned elementary school.
19:32It used to be an elementary school.
19:34They had to close down and move, though, because of all the chemical munitions.
19:41The school shut down because of the tear gas?
19:44Yeah.
19:44Well, hold on, you guys.
19:45Would they be deploying that tear gas if the demonstrations weren't happening?
19:49I see what you're trying to do with that, man.
19:52Like I said, unfortunately, we have to fight the good fight because people are being kidnapped
19:56and people don't deserve to just be picked up and taken.
19:59So the school was a casualty in all this, basically.
20:02Yeah.
20:02Kids can't learn how to read because these mostly peaceful protesters shut down their school.
20:08Portland does not have this under control.
20:11At least Antifa can host Molotov Cocktail Hour across the street from ICE headquarters.
20:16An anti-ICE nonprofit just moved in.
20:19And guess who helped them get the lease?
20:22Portland.
20:23The city's affordable housing czar has arranged for bad hombres to set up a fortress next to ICE.
20:29It goes deeper.
20:31Portland police, they've become Antifa bouncers, shielding they-thems from the feds.
20:39And they're running for cover behind Portland police.
20:43Oh, my God.
20:44You've got to be kidding me.
20:46We don't know what's going on.
20:48Oh, my God.
20:48It's so-
20:49Oh, it's like, she's already running behind you, Gary.
20:54Yeah, and we don't know why she's running, so.
20:57The anarchists suddenly love law enforcement as long as they can use them as human shields.
21:02And to the cops' credit, they are cracking down against bad parallel parking.
21:09This is a traffic violation.
21:11This is a traffic violation.
21:12Get it out of here.
21:13All right, Portland PD, shutting this down.
21:14It's the traffic violation.
21:16Besides, you guys just standing here.
21:18I'm just asking you a question.
21:19I live here.
21:20What's next?
21:20What are you guys doing?
21:21Do not interrupt me in a traffic stop.
21:23Get over there now.
21:24Hmm.
21:25The National Guard, still banned.
21:28Trump won the case yesterday, but we're still waiting on one other order.
21:32Democrats are demanding troops disobey orders or else.
21:36The oath of service says that you are obligated to follow the Constitution.
21:41There may be times when you face an order from your chain of command that is illegal.
21:48And whether or not you follow that order in the moment is going to be a decision that any given soldier or airman or Marine is going to have to make based upon their moral compass.
22:00As long as we're disobeying orders from the federal government, do I still have to pay my taxes?
22:06Even though dead bodies are rotting on the street, even though schools have closed down from tear gas and there's fires every night, Portland's just a walk in the park.
22:16It's just a bunch of Teletubbies in the trenches.
22:18Let's just be clear.
22:21Portland is not lawless.
22:23We have been extraordinary in our resistance to Donald Trump's fairy tale about our city.
22:30We must remain steadfast in our peaceful resistance to Donald Trump.
22:36Oregon's governor even coined a new term.
22:39It's no longer mostly peaceful.
22:40It's playfully protesting.
22:42The use of the crowd control techniques from federal agents was over the top and also would be instigating conflict with the folks who are lawfully protesting.
22:54And remember, we have a lot of individuals who are there playfully saying we don't agree with the federal government.
23:00And yet ICE agents are taking one step further and going out and shooting off tear gas and other things.
23:07Yeah, when Trantifa throws rocks and blockades agents from leaving ICE, you just squirt them with water guns.
23:15And up north, Seattle says, bring it on.
23:18Common sense would dictate that Trump is overreaching.
23:21So we will fight this tyrannical approach, this federal overreach.
23:25We are prepared and we are vocal in our stance on protecting the values here in Seattle against Trump.
23:32Aye, aye, aye.
23:34Let's bring in Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna.
23:36Congresswoman, are you getting the sense that Portland police is protecting Antifa instead of ICE?
23:45Oh, most certainly.
23:47In fact, if you really want to talk about the whole crux of this issue, Jesse, these Democrat mayors, these elected officials in Oregon and in Washington state are simply just shilling for their left wing billionaire buddies.
24:00They're total frauds.
24:00A lot of these networks, to include Antifa, are getting money from the Arabella Foundation, from the Open Societies Foundation, from the George Soros networks.
24:08And they're simply saying that, you know, right now they hate the feds.
24:11They hate what Trump is doing.
24:12When in actuality, they're just pushing their left wing ideology.
24:15They don't actually care about illegal immigrants.
24:16This is all just a game to them.
24:18So they're enjoying the tear gas.
24:20They like that elementary schools are being moved to other locations because the kids are crying from the tear gas.
24:28I mean, I mean, these people really are morally bankrupt.
24:33You know, they're saying that they care about the kids.
24:35Meanwhile, what happened to the kids that were trafficked at the U.S.-Mexico border?
24:38There's no commentary there.
24:39They say they care about law enforcement, right?
24:41Or excuse me, that they wanted now all of a sudden support law enforcement.
24:45When several years ago, Jesse, when I was stationed out there, actually, I went in there and I saw these very same protesters getting in the face of law enforcement, telling them that they were directly responsible for George Floyd's murder.
24:54So these people, again, it's about what's convenient for them for the propaganda soundbite at the time.
24:59The fact is, is that under this administration, we're now safe.
25:03But in places like Oregon and places like Seattle, Washington, they are literally embracing lawlessness while turning away law enforcement.
25:09So do you think the Democrats have not learned their lesson?
25:12The defund the police thing was a catastrophe.
25:14I mean, they lost so much credibility.
25:16We lost lives because of that.
25:17They had to defund and then they had to refund.
25:20By then, it was too late.
25:21Everyone retired and the cities were overtaken.
25:25It seems like that was, what, just a couple of years ago.
25:30You know, they haven't learned from their own their own lessons here.
25:33What I will tell you, Jesse, and I don't say this, you know, to just bring it up, but I am a Mexican-American here.
25:38And the fact is, is that the Democrats are really trying to pivot instead of the defund law enforcement to defund ICE because they're simply trying to win the midterms.
25:45And they know that that's going to come with getting the Mexican-American vote, which is why they're hyper focusing on specifically Mexican-Americans.
25:52I think it's gross.
25:53Unfortunately, I hear them talk on the House floor and this is their strategy.
25:56Wow.
25:57I guess that's a.
26:01Calculated strategy, because to me, it just seems like they love fighting in the streets, but maybe it's maybe they put more thought into it than I realize.
26:09Congresswoman, great to see you as always.
26:11Thank you so much.
26:12Ladies and gentlemen, we have a food stamp hostage crisis.
