00:59So she knows what she's talking about.

02:07especially the fit.
02:08Godoy is like fit whenever she says it's impeccable.
02:10So I'm excited to showcase this side of me where it's like body and fit and clean and gorgeous.

05:34I remember in the finale of my season, Michelle announced me as, it's your hometown girl.

05:53And that's when it kind of struck me that like, oh, I am a little LA diva, huh?
05:58And to be a representative of Los Angeles, I think it's such a big deal, especially with
06:03Latinidad and Latinos.
06:05Of course, that's what I'm like trying to, as much as I can, bring to the table in the
06:10forefront, especially in, you know, this political climate, the ice rains that are
06:13happening, it's a very scary time.
06:15So the people who can speak out, the people who can vote, you know, it's, I find it important
06:21for us to use our voice for those who don't have one or who don't have a vote.
06:25Right.
06:26So wherever I can, I try to try to do my part.
06:28And sometimes it looks like a little drag show.
06:31Sometimes it looks like a photo shoot and wherever I can make an impact.
06:35That's what I'm here to do.

06:42I have a production meeting.
06:44I have a zoom call with a producer friend of mine and a videographer because I have a
06:50show called a Loteria.
06:51It was the number one drag show in Los Angeles in 2023.
06:55It's my own version of Loteria, which is like a bingo, a Latin bingo game with pictures.
07:01So I created a Loteria to kind of bring Latin culture as I know it into queer spaces.
07:06My dream is to tour this show throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
07:11I'm Nicaraguanse, Panama and Honduran.
07:13So I'm a mix of all of those.
07:15You know, when I was on Drag Race season 15, my mom was, my mom was passing away.
07:22So I was really trying to soak up as much Latinidad as I could from my mom's side.
07:26You know, now that she's gone, I don't have much access to a lot of my Latin-ness.
07:31Like my mom was kind of the door for me for that.
07:34So I feel like this is a cool way for me to continue my Latin, you know, research and pride while also doing what I love, which is putting on a drag show, performing and, you know, then creating this documentary.
07:50So that's kind of my vision.

07:57So I think my vision for this like initial take of what we're, we've worked on so far and what we have, I think it's kind of like a mini, it's like a mini short doc of what my show is, what my intention is with it and how I see it moving in the future, which in the future, you know, is a full fledged realized documentary.
08:21Of me touring and like meeting up with different drag race girls and having their experiences to really showcase the different Latin cultures within the rue girls here in America.
08:35So what would you say that you want people to walk away with?
08:40Ultimately, the message is like how we're all the same.
08:44We're all similar, but different.
08:45Right.
08:46So I think that's the core of it.
08:49This call I think went really well.
08:50It's definitely going to happen.
08:51I just don't know when it's going to happen.
08:55We need to find an editor.
08:57So I'm going to have to figure that out because I can't edit, baby.

09:03Like, like all these, like all these TikToks and Instagram reels, it takes me like literally three hours to edit one.

09:32Best in drag show is where I got my start doing drag.
09:34They were like, girl, come over here and put some drag on and be of service and raise some coins.
09:39And I was like, okay.
09:40And then I was like, you know what?
09:41I should try this at the bar, see if I can make a dollar.
09:43And then I did.
09:44And I won a competition, won another competition.
09:47And then I got a drag career out of doing this little fundraiser that we raise money for APLA Health.
09:54And so we're doing a little promo photo shoot for the best in drag show here today.
09:58And I just, it's like so full circle.
10:01You know, I get to go back to the place that started my crazy, can't be silly self.
10:05And if you guys come to the show or even check out the documentary, the little pageant that could on Law Presents Plus,
10:11that documentary is all about this show.
10:13And you'll see where I get my campy, big red gloves, street light fashion sense from,
10:20because it is a wild, wild show and ridiculous.
