The Prime Minister is describing a declaration by Venezuela's National Assembly making her persona non grata as being "useless."

And that's not all the Prime Minister had to say on the matter.

00:00Venezuela's National Assembly approved a motion declaring the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago persona non grata.

00:21The vote by Venezuela's National Assembly on Tuesday afternoon made it official that Prime Minister Persat Bisesar is not welcome in Venezuela.
00:29In response to a question from TV6 News, Prime Minister Persat Bisesar said,
00:33quote, Venezuelans are fleeing Venezuela by the millions, so why would they think I would want to go there?
00:39This is a useless declaration. It has no effect on my life.
00:43This just continues their pattern of attempting to bully their smaller neighbors while simultaneously crying for peace with more powerful countries, end quote.
00:53The vote in Venezuela's National Assembly follows that country's decision to suspend natural gas agreements with Trinidad and Tobago.
01:01On Sunday, Venezuela's government denounced as a hostile provocation the five-day visit of the USS Gravely and a U.S. Marine Expeditionary Unit to Trinidad and Tobago,
01:12which the government says is meant to bolster the fight against transnational crime.
01:17Prime Minister Persat Bisesar has also expressed her full support for the recent lethal kinetic strikes by U.S. military forces in the Caribbean on boats
01:25the U.S. says were being used by narco-terrorists carrying illegal drugs.
01:31On Tuesday, Prime Minister Persat Bisesar said the warships engaged in the drug interdiction exercises are American property.
01:38The Prime Minister then said, quote,
01:41Why isn't Maduro and the rest of the Venezuelan government calling President Trump's name?
01:46Why aren't they making declarations of persona non grata against him?
01:51The answer is obvious.
01:52They should call President Trump's name.
01:54He is the commander of those warships, end quote.
01:58Prime Minister Persat Bisesar then said the government, under her leadership,
02:01will continue supporting drug interdiction exercises against narco-traffickers in international waters.
