Erstmals kommt ein 13,6-Zoll-Touchscreen zum Einsatz, dazu gibt’s ein Head-up-Display, bequeme Einzelsitze im Fond und bis zu 1.700 Liter Kofferraum. Auch das neue Infotainmentsystem mit ChatGPT sorgt für spannende Features im Alltag.

00:03Today we take a detailed look at the interior of the new Citroën C5 Aircross.
00:10With the current model generation, Citroën has not only given its SUV-A technical update,
00:16but also a fresh, well-thought-out interior concept.
00:19And for the first time, the C5 Aircross is also available as a purely electric car.
00:24Particularly striking is the new, distinctly horizontally designed dashboard,
00:28which creates a more generous feeling of space.
00:32At its center is a vertically-mounted touchscreen with a screen diagonal of 13.6 inches, a first for Citroën.
00:40Directly below is a practical storage compartment with hidden traffic jam indicators,
00:46underscoring the innovative design approach.
00:49Above the digital instrument cluster with a screen diagonal of 10.5 inches,
00:54an optional color head-up display is integrated, complementing the digital offering.
01:01Narrow air outlets and subtle ambient lighting add stylish accents.
01:06Particularly noteworthy is the infotainment system with integrated chat GPT function,
01:11available for the first time and allowing more intuitive voice control,
01:15for example, to retrieve information about destinations along the route.
01:19Citroën also presents itself as modern and sustainable in terms of materials.
01:25The comfortably upholstered seats, with their typically soft feel,
01:29are combined with a mix of hard plastic, glossy piano black elements, and recycled plastics.
01:35An original detail.
01:37Some decorative elements on the doors and center console are made from approximately 20% recycled vines.
01:43A clear commitment to the vehicle's e-kick philosophy,
01:46the new C5 Aircross also offers plenty of space.
01:50The rear bench is particularly impressive, with three full-size individual seats,
01:55the outer ones reclining by up to 30 degrees and heated.
02:00The slightly pronounced center tunnel benefits the middle seat,
02:04while separate air vents for the rear passengers enhance comfort.
02:07Headroom has been increased by around 7 cm compared to the previous model,
02:14a clear advantage for taller passengers.
02:17The trunk volume is also impressive.
02:20650 liters of space are available in the standard configuration.
02:24With the seats folded down, this capacity increases to 1,700 liters.
02:30While the electric version lacks a front storage compartment,
02:33the rear loading floor offers double storage space for the charging cables.
