00:00I think it was a really panicked speech. I think it's very clear that Rachel Reeves and this Labour government just don't know what to do. And that's largely because they keep ruling out taxing multimillionaires and billionaires. It's only right that some of the wealthiest people in this country pay a little bit more from their wealth. But what we see far too often with this Labour government is so-called tricky decisions or tough decisions. Why those tough decisions always for people in poverty for disabled people for migrants. And once again it felt like in her speech
