Windy weather could cause some travel delays at airports in Chicago and across the Northeast including the cities of Boston, New York City and Philadelphia during the afternoon of Nov. 7.
00:00No delays right now. There will be some today, although I don't think the wind's going to be as strong as what we've seen in previous weeks. Watch the rain in and out of Metro Airport in Detroit. I could see a few delays. You know, once you get winds up over 15, 16 miles per hour in Chicago, I've noticed delays out of O'Hare, so we'll keep an eye on that. Same story in the northeast. It's quiet now, but with increasing winds, I think there could be minor delays later today.
