00:06health is I feel like everyone's going through the same thing you know at once

00:10and everyone's living life and I feel like even when you're on the road or

00:13whether it's college or whether it's missing home like anything that it might

00:16be I feel like it's important for everyone to understand you and know

00:19where you're at and and also like we live in a world now where it's kind of

00:24frowned upon to talk about your mental health but I mean I feel like also we

00:28live in a world where there's the most help that you can get so talking about

00:31is the only way you're going to get help so
