00:20And so right now, we have a process where it takes 10 to 12 years for a drug to come

00:25Makes no sense.

00:26And so we're challenging that assumption.

00:28We have a new program to get decisions out in weeks.

00:38We have veterans who are still suffering from these wars.

00:44I want to see a universal flu shot so you don't come in every year and we guess what the strain
