00:05out-of-control bushfire burned through Kenwick, a suburb of Perth, on Thursday December 11.

00:11The blaze was one of two fires that broke out locally, with another in Bullsbrook, north of Perth.

00:18Footage from Bad On Ahamud shows the flames just metres from the major arterial route, the Roe Highway.

00:30The two fires have since been downgraded from the highest emergency warning to the lower watch and act.
