00:35and doesn't leave her Calabasas home.

00:37Kylie feels comfortable, happy, and secure being at home,

00:40surrounded by close friends and family.

00:42Kylie has stopped making regular trips to her local mall since becoming pregnant

00:45and has only made short trips within her gated community to visit momager Kris Jenner.

00:50Maybe those trips have to do with her negotiating her keeping up contract

00:54because the family just renewed their deal for five more seasons

00:58for a reported $150 million.

01:01According to TMZ, he is paying the family $30 million per season.

01:05Kris gets a $15 million manager's fee off the top

01:08and everyone splits the remaining $135 million.

01:12TMZ reports the shares are not equal, though,

01:14and most of it will go to Kim, then Kourtney, then Khloe.

01:18While Kylie has her own spinoff and rivals Kim in popularity,

01:22it's Keeping Up, not Life of Kylie, so she's getting a smaller percentage.

01:25Last in line at the money trough is Kendall Jenner,

01:32so gets the smallest share.
